Documentation Forms
To purchase materials from Wood
Treaters, please complete each form in its entirety. Be sure
to sign each form and return them to Wood Treaters, Inc. These
forms are necessary whether sales are to be on a cash or credit
basis.
Quotation Form
The Quotation form is a Microsoft Excel document used for quotations of lumber,
plywood, piling, and other items. This form may be used to receive a
quotation from Wood Treaters and you may also save the form
to your PC to use for computing board footage on lumber items.
